I'm trying to make a 3D room (without side walls or ceiling) and then mix it with some keyed footage, I added the video screens and couch to maybe add some perspective, also added drop shadows but I feel like somethings missing, maybe a little horizon/shadow where the back wall would meet the floor? Or maybe color correct the talent better for the room?

What yall think?

perspective and scale! these are the key,

when you build your 3d virtual room, use real world dimensions! then make a "prop" human in 3d and place this prop where your real human would go, then move the camera (3d camera) so that the shot in 3d (with the prop dummy) matches the shot with the real camera (in terms of angle, closeup etc) then in theory everything should 'pop' and look right.

Also color correct the room for the talent. Do a search for hdri lightprobe and the software you are using. Basically you capture an image of the surroundings used to light your talent and then use that image to "light" your 3d scene.

How did you model the couch? Was that an outside 3d program?
