How To Attach Shan-TM700 to Sachtler DV6 and To HXP300

Please excuse my ignorance, but I have a Shan-TM700 and a Sachtler DV6 that is rated at 20 pounds.

For the life of me, how do you attach everything together?

There is red lever on the Shan-TM700, but the plate is just a plate, and the DV6 has a camera plate on top.

I am show my ignorance, but I've worked with a shoulder mount cam before, and I can't find any assistance on the web.

If somebody could point me to some help thank you.

Under the TM700 are screw holes - attach your tripod plate to this.

Then load your plate thats now attached to the shan to your tripod and lock it in.

You probably now the rest but -

Then ensure your trpiod head is level.

Then place camera in position and a slight push forward should lock it onto the TM700.

Then unlock the tripod plate and centre the rig as much as possible.

Then relock it.
