So I've found exporting my film as an MP4 (yes, h.264 compressed of course) works out the best for me as far as keeping the file size just under 50mb, but still having decent picture quality and resolution.
My problem, and it always occurs, is that when I play it back and watch the exported mp4 file, the audio is off, like half a second or so. Now, when I upload a clip like this onto vimeo, it plays PERFECTLY.
Has anyone else experienced this?
What's the deal?

Might it have anything to do with the audio sample rate? I'm not sure, I've experienced this the other way, fine in the original .mp4 clip, out of sync once uploaded to a video site.

That is so incredibly amusing. The mirroring of our problem. How peculiar.
More feedback from everyone, please.

Anyone else? Anyone?
This is regarding my lossfest entry, I've exported it, but like I said, the audio is a little off. Now when I watch a clip I've rendered with the same qualities on say vimeo for example, it's fine.
I don't know what I should do.
My TwilightFest entry had the same issue, but I went ahead and gambled that it would play fine when people downloaded it, I don't know if it did. No one commented telling me the audio was off, so I think it was fine.
Thoughts. Comments. People. Common. (sorry, I'm getting stressful as the deadline nears)

Dude, no stress. Sixty-Seconds was fine, no audio problems. It could be that your computer is stuttering when doing video playback. Resources going somewhere else.
