I need to film off a large groundlass, 12" by 12". I want to vibrate this glass as is done in the 35mm adapters. Any recommendations? I am assuming that the vibrators for the 35mm adapters might not be powerful enough to move the larger plate.

Could you sit the edge of the glass on a power tool of some sort.
eg a bench grinder, electric drill , electric motor with a tiny offset weight on a shaft ect...
Maybe put the tool on a rheostat to control the speed/vibration.
Tell us more ...why?
