Err...I know it late, but I just read about the challenge and I think I can put something together. Do I have to register or do I just upload the film when it's done...if it's done in time...or at all...and it doesn't suck :)

Yeah, just look out for the upload instructions. You can also start a thread about it to promote, and give people a place to talk about it, if you want.
