Can you go into more detail on the camera settings you used?
Thanks

Nice job, it looked really good.
How long was each shot? (3,6,12sec)
How was is waiting for the recording wait time?
Did you use the "pre-golf-swing" or "post-golf-swing" record trigger?

Standard pic profile with detail -7
3 second, bursts, slowed another 50% in post equalling 24 seconds from 3 seconds. We have found 6 or
12 become too compressed (lower quality)
Shutter around 400, the press record to start setting.
I didn't really consider this camera for its slow mo function, but have been really pleased with the results.
Cheers

Really? Not doubting you, but I will want to take a look at that. I know the slowmo was greatly improved from Sony's HC3, the first camera that had the function, but I didn't realize that there was quality loss in the length of the bursts.

What was the final resolution?

Yeah quality loss, 12 seconds is really bad.
Shot in HDV.

Didnt think you could do slowmo in HD? SD only i thought...

Not true HD rez, but the HDV codec.
The HC3 was like youtube quality, when I've tested my Z7 even at 12sec bursts it looked around SD quality (maybe better?), but ohhhhh so amazingly smooth.

Yeah HDV res, only really usable for SD projects because of quality loss.
