Copying or Exporting files

My apollogies if this is too basic a question, but....I need to make a "demo reel" combining footage from several different projects all shot with my 150.
I edit with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.

How can I copy edited clips from a Premiere Pro CS3 timeline to another Premiere project file? I am trying to create a compilation, or demo reel using clips from several HMC150 projects.
Can I export somehow to a SDHC card?

Export each of the timelines to a self contained movie files, and then reimport them into your compilation reel project.

In Pro 2.0, I'd just copy the timeline, open your new project and paste them in. I'm sure its the same with CS3.
