Just ordered a Canon XH-A1s, great price. Power seller off eBay, 100% positive feedback. New in box, Canon USA warranty, Canon authorized reseller. Looks to be the real deal, not a bait and switch back shop out of Jersey (I avoid those like the plague). Happy about my decision. Soon as I get my tax refund back in a couple of weeks I will likely get a Letus adapter system for it. $3300 and free shipping and comes with a case, tripod, extra 7 hr battery, etc. I will sell the case and tripod which are pretty much junk, as I have a B/M fluid head and a nice Kata case, etc.
