I am putting a cover letter together and sure would like some feedback on it. Give me your thoughts, please.

No comments. I wonder if it's because it is so good people are speechless, or so bad people don't want to hurt my feelings.

Wow! Steven I like it. You're an humble actor. Bengal Productions X SimpleRobb Entertainment.

Just my two cents....

As previously stated (*previously stated where?), I am extremely easy
going,(*add in comma) conscientious, and I take direction very well. All in all, my goal is the same as yours, which is (get rid of "and that") is to make the ("your") production
the very best it can be.

As to my background, I have (add: recently?) been working a few national prime-time shows (as of late *eliminate), so please refer to my resume for further
details. What I offer to you is an actor that can portray technical and professional roles (FF, PD/SWAT, Doctor/RN,
Paramedic/EMT, Military, Special Operations, Agent, etc.) (*Do you want to limit yourself to only these roles?*)

Below is a brief overview of some of the skills I can
authentically perform:

* All in all I think it is very genuine which is good. I am just in an English program at university so this is some stuff I watch out for when writing. Take it with a grain of salt. Good job!

though if asked to audition for a lead or for a role
outside what I stated above, I wouldn’t turn it down.It looks good to me. The only thing I'd think about changing is the above. Possibly to something like . . .

I would be more than willing to consider it.

Personally I wouldn't cast any doubt in the letter at all. Why would you? If you give them the impression that you may NOT take the role then they will hire someone else.

In my opinion unless you are an Angelina Jolie or Brad Pit you should take whatever exposure you can get providing it isn't harmful to your career. So wording the letter that way would probably work against you.

Change it to: "I would be more than happy to perform these roles" or something like that.

Hey Doc, out of curiosity what are you going to use this cover letter for? Are you just going to email it along with your resume or what?
