HPX and FS100

I have two seperate questions.

1. Can the FS 100 (DVCPRO HD) work with the HPX 3000?

2. Can FS 100 do variable frame rates?

1) yes, but only when the HPX3000 is set in DVCPRO-HD mode.

2) Yes, if you have version 4 of the software. But not with the HPX3000, because the HPX3000 doesn't do variable frame rates (or 720p, for that matter).

We have an HVX 200 that we can use with the fs 100 to do the frame rate.
