The pepper-spray my wife has looks like breath-freshener spray with a simple paper label. Buy a can of breath-freshener and glue a label over top.

Yeah, thanks. That is definitely plan B. I was trying to find one with the trigger on it so it was clearly pepper spray, because I was a little worried that even a real one that was that small might cause laughter at the wrong moment because it LOOKED fake.
but that is likely what I will do, thnx.
