My menu botton and MCR buttons wont work. Has anyone had this issue with an hvx? If so how much was the estimate for repair?

update: basically the issue was that the flat wires connected to the MCR and Menu button were loose and they were needed to be pushed in more. So for those of you who might have this problem or who has had this problem..don't send it in unless you have warranty. It wasn't too hard of a job (takes approx. 45min~1hr). Just open it and push the wires in more.
