Nashville users

Posted this in the user groups forum and got no response so thought I'd try here. Anyone in the Nashville area that would like to get a group together now and then to swap ideas and maybe work on a project here and there?

Sorry I've been out of touch for a couple of days. So anyone want to meet this Saturday? How about lunch around Cool Springs area? Seems somewhat central to all of us. Ghengis Grill at noon? Any other suggestions?

not sure if i could do this saturday due to it being V-day. cool springs area would be cool. coffee would be best IMO. is everyone finding work in the area? i find it really hard to make any connections being a newbie in town.

'Twas me indeed - too bad you couldn't stop. I was taking my $200 DIY slider
for a maiden voyage. A few kinks, but works pretty good. Let me know the final plans to meet up, might be able to stop by. Maybe Starbucks downtown Franklin, or Cool Springs?

RE: work - I was busy most of last year but Dec. and Jan. slowed to nothing.

Very first post here, but I live near Franklin and have been wanting to get involved with local filmmaking. Basically, if anyone needs some monotonous petty work done, I'd be willing to be a gopher in exchange for the opportunity to learn. Of course I wouldn't mind doing more creative and interesting things :) Hopefully I can make it if this meet up happens.

on Carothers) -I assume you mean the one on Cool Springs?
