Recorded as 720 24p but when we transfer the files to my macbook pro then open in fcp, it states in FCP that i recorded 720 60p in p2 log it states 720/59.94 60p

in my camera it states 720 24p in viewer...

what the hell is going on? has anyone had this problem? ii

I guess as a PAL user, but I reckon you're recording 24P in a 60 stream.
Change to Pn (or PA), and your pulldown will be done in camera.
Either that or do a frame rate conversion in FCP on what you've already shot.
