Do I have a dead pixel?

I can't believe I never noticed this before, but this little thing is on every picture I have taken with my XT since I purchased it (used) last March. As you can tell I have to zoom in pretty far to see it, but is it what I think it is??

I'm pretty sure that is a "stuck pixel". My d90 has one as well, except it is a + shape.

Nikon said I could send it in for a free repair, but at this point it's easier just to clone tool it out in PS. Plus it only really shows up in high ISO photos.

ouch that's frustrating

It's especially frustrating now that I notice it..
However, like Andrew said, it's really easy to clone it out. Although mine tends not to show up in the noisy pics as much as it does in the lower ISO shots.
