Can the new Sony 7ZP camera take 2/3 inch Fujinon lenses?

Someone told me you need an adaptor for that. If so, how much would a compatible 2/3 inch adaptor would it cost for this camera?

Also, does anyone know if the 7Zp can take the new Sony 35mm still lenses?

I'm pretty sure there are adapters for both (in fact, I'm positive there is a Sony SLR lens adapter). However, you're going to have a huge magnification factor--it's something like 7x with the SLR adapter.

I'll see if I can dig up some links.

EDIT: Here's the SLR adapter...

How does the Sony SLR still lens compare to a 2/3 inch TV lens? Which is more superior?

At least, how does the Alpha lens compare to a 2/3 inch TV lens?

Sony Alpha lenses are pretty much Minolta lenses. Every lens varies in quality.

Canon & Nikon both have pretty great lenses & pretty bad lenses out there.

You can get a 1/3" lens for the Z7 that is made for HD cameras. Or get the 1/3" to 2/3" adapter & get a 2/3" lens.

If you're buying a lens only for the Z7, then buy a lens made for 1/3" cameras.

Also, look into MTF Nikon adapter. Another very cheap solution for using SLR lenses on the Z7. And there are a lot more Nikon lenses out there than Alpha / Minolta.
