So, I'm trying to upgrade our firmware.
I finally found it, hooked it up via maintenance usb port, switched it on, and discovered I don't have the right driver.
It looks like the firmware upgrade .zip I downloaded contains a driver, but device manager either doesn't like it or it's the wrong one.
I know a lot of you have gone through this already. Any ideas? I use the normal usb port all the time with clip browser 2.0 and never have any problems :huh:
