Be nice?
Are you kidding?
We should be nice to a company that wants our business? :)
Seriously, my understanding is that this feature was in the beta testing cycle and was omitted in the final version.
I think it's in the works or at least hope it is in the works.
Thanks for the link.
I think the real issue is to secure RT editing of the footage as well. That would be a good feature request.

Full AVCHD support is in testing and should make its way to the 4.02 update (due out in a few weeks). Even better news- I was able to snag the Quadro CX card today with a New Egg Promo Code ($350 off!)

I'd love to know what "full AVCHD support" means.

Haha, I guess I need to watch my words in this forum. The current release only supports 1080 24p/25p and 1080i presets. When I say full support, I am referring to the additional presets outlined in the thread title “720p/24p 720p30p & 720/60p presets”.

John: I wasn't referring to your comments, but to that phrase used in marketing.
Editing AVCHD RT isn't mainstream or even close from what I've experienced and read so far.
So when I see that buzz phrase, I have to wonder.
Even the links to Adobe's web site for the videos at:

show about 15 fps at best.
As they used to say: "Show me the beef."
