What 35mm adapter is Roshan using on his footage?

I really like the 35mm adapter Roshan is using on his footage. I was wondering who makes the adapter, where to buy it and how much is a good price and what are the parts that come with the package?

His footage really makes me believe I am watching 35mm film instead of this incredible camera.

yes, he uses the SGpro rev. 3.

i bought the very last SGpro before they went extinct a couple months ago. it is amazing, i love it with my HMC.
