Recording capacity on sdhc

Sorry if this has been asked, I searched the forum and looked through the manual, but no luck. Is there a table somewhere that shows the approximate recording rate (file size wise) per recording format / quality level generated by the 150?

I'm trying to figure out how much can be stuffed on various sdhc card sizes ...

Click on "specification sheet" on the upper right. It's on pg. 7 of that pdf. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter what framerate you are using.
