I just received my shipment of KxS Kensington adapters and I'm waiting for another shipment of the MxS adaptors. Do all these different adaptors work best with the same cards? What is the best type of card to stick in there for the best results? Let's try to be as specific as possible because tomorow I'm going out to buy some 16 or 32 giga cards. Thank you.

Have a read of Guy Barwoods write-up. It is very detailed and should answer everything you need to know:

Aside from that you are basically looking at either the Sandisk Ultra II's SD Cards, or Sandisk Ultra III SD Cards. Capacities in 8gb, 16gb and 32gb have all been tested successfully.

both adapters worked perfectly with transcend class 6, which is half price from SanDisk.

At the moment here (Australia) the Transcends are more expensive than the Ultra IIs...

Hi Jujufactory,

We've extensively tested Sandisk Ultra II 16GB, and they work well. We've also used the Transcend 16GB, and although slightly slower, is still able able to record 35Mb HQ without problems.

The only other card that came close to these was the Kingston, and then not all the cards we tested we fast enough.

We tried A-Data, Toshiba, and a few other brands that all quoted Class 6. I think that the Class 6 claim is used rather liberally by manufactiurers, and it would be better to stick to known brands. Having said that we are still testing other brands of memory to seeif they will work, keep an eye on our FAQ at www.e-films.com.au .
