Must be a smal, shy, strange, debil, skiny, home-made, gothic.
So i made this first try.

The slippers must go, try some Doc Martins.

Cool.

I agree, get some Doc boots, I see them at op shops all the time really cheap. Or you could try and find some old 80's leather boots with the metal buckles. That black coat is alright, but it looks like your standard protecting from the wind coat, try and get something black, or a very dark gray thats made out of a harder material, I always see the creepiest looking coats at op shops.

Consider some things for the neck, chains, nothing too over the top but something simple can really add a lot of depth. If you get the right long coat, have it open, have a chain around the neck (something really old and creepy, this could take time to find the right thing), creepy long boots, consider wearing the hair out and messy, get it semi wet, then shake it up and leave it dangling.

Something subtle for the wrists can also make a big difference. Just make sure you don't get those lame knock off goth accessories that goth kids wear. They look bad.

If your looking for feedback, I think the face should be pale not white, I just did a horror short inspired by Robert Blakes performance in "Lost Highway"... I think you'll agree, a natural pale look is creepier than matte white. Hope this feedback helps. I think the black under the eyes is also causing this flat white appearance, I'd tone both of them down.

Agreed. This girl kinda looks more ghoulish than human. The scariest thing about Human characters is that they can be anyone, natural people. The outfit seems to simple, add some darker colors into it. Red does wonders to evil a character up
