OK, I shot in 720p HD with the intention of creating a 480i SD version of my output video. The reason I shot in HD was simply so I could apply a steady-cam plugin and also to do some slight shot zooming and reframing.
For this project, I am working with Premiere instead of my usual Final Cut Pro. In FCP, to do this, I just drop the HD footage into an SD timeline and the program just "shrinks" the footage to fit... making a zoom back to normal size not lose any quality when in an SD timeline.
How should I do this in Premiere CS4?
