I bought a 5600 Mah about a month ago and I tried to use it about a week ago. When i tried to charge it the batter would charge for about 1 min then it would go off. I tried to use it on my panasonic dvx 100b and it wouldn't work. When i emailed deb@dvxuser.com for a replacement i never got a response back. I was wondering what my next step is to get an exchange ?
