Anybody tested the latest version of the Panasonic AVCHD to P2 converter it says that it does 1080p to dv .avi file.
Just wondering if you guys have used it yet, sounds like a great offline option!

As far as i know its the same usual avchd to dvcpro except it does the 1080avchd to dv avi. According to the website

too bad it doens't work with 720p the sweetspot of the hmc 150.
But its still pretty usefull.
