Dvxuser rights of the film

Ok so this may have been answered somewhere else but I have not been able to find it in the last few searches so I am posting this.

If we enter a film in Lossfest, would we be allowed to enter the film in other festivals as well?

Maybe this explains it but I'm not entirely sure what it means: All filmmakers agree to grant DVXuser.com and its agents non-exclusive rights for their films to appear on a DVD or for DVXuser-sanctioned public screenings.

Sounds like they can use it for what ever purpose they want but also you are able to use it yourself as well.

Yes you can certainly enter in other festivals. But, if those festivals screen before ours does, then you'll be disqualified from competition in ours.
