Few questions about 5DMKII

I have a D90 and want to upgrade to a 5D. I have a few questions about the camera and how it compares to the D90.

I tried searching, but I figured I could get the best answers if I just asked.

I've been using a Zoom H4 for audio, how does a beachtek into the 5D sound? usable?

How does the 5D compare to the D90's rolling shutter skew when panning?

Does the 5D have the "jello" effect when hand holding?

The severity of the "jello" effect depends on the combination of frame rate and rolling shutter.

On the D90 it is more pronounced because of the slower 24P, however, I think it will be less of an issue shooting 30P with the 5D.
