I've started to build my flos kit. I'm going to connect two fixtures together for a total of 4x40w. I am however unable to find 3200k and 5600k balanced flos. Anybody have any suggestion on where to get these?

Here is the almost finished flo' light setup I'm putting together. Its two fixtures connected by two door brackets. I also screwed them together to prevent any wobbles and to make it more sturdy.

It holds up better than I thought. I'm pretty sure if I wanted to, I could make this into a 8-pcs light setup.
Overall price (excluding the drill I bought):
X 2 fixtures - $18
X 2 T12 (pack of 2) flo' lights - $13
X 2 door brackets - 9
Total of $40, give or take a few dollars and about 35min to assemble.
The next task to be to add something so that I can put it on a stand.

Nice work man - I've got a couple of two tube banks like that that I just bolted baby plates to the back of and mount them in a grip head on a stand. Works great and baby plates are pretty cheap.

B&H carries the 3200K and 5600K tubes that you're looking for.

Any lighting store will be able to order Sylvania/Osram tubes. I ordered an entire carton last year for about $10/tube including shipping from Germany!

and about 3 times the price as getting the bulbs from a lighting supplier. (Unless you're ordering online... . locally, the aquarium prices are a joke though)
