Hey Guys,
I know it is obviously possible to capture from tape to the computer using the HVX, but is it possible to write a tape from your computer/FCP using the firewire connection to the HVX,- essentially using the HVX as a deck to output a video to minidv tape?
I tried to do it last night using the same process as I would if I was writing a tape using the rca cables with no luck- I was trying to write at 24fps. Any advice is appreciated, thanks a lot!
