Hello,

I am using toast 9 to convert .mts to AIC and am wondering if anyone would be able to share the exact toast settings/setup(all fields) one would use/choose to transcode 720/60p or 720/30p for use in FCE. I have searched and found the following:

"Quality: Set to "Custom" then push the "change" button. Then ANOTHER dialogue box pops up. Under SETTINGS, choose Apple ProRes 422 and changed the size to 1920x1080 or 1280x720 which ever one you're using.

Change the SOUND to Apple Lossless at Best Quality and make sure your RATE frequency is set to 48 khz or else your audio MIGHT go out of sync. Most music is set to 44.1 kHz, but Audio for video is generally 48 kHz."

Would these be the correct settings to transcode 720/60p or 720/30p or do I need to change anything? Thanks much:beer:
