Hi all!
I've been watching all those posts about mini35 adapters and things like that to get the film look and depth of field. Well, I don't know if this has been posted before or even if it's a stupid thing but I had an idea. I have a DVX100 but I also work as a photographer with a 35mm camera. Long time ago I bought three different close up lenses, you know, lenses that allow you to get closer and closer to the object. When I put them in my camera I find that depth of field turns extremely narrow. I haven't tried on the DVX 'cos the lenses diameter is just 49mm but I'm sure there must be 72mm close up lenses.
Has anybody tried this?

Other question, don't you think it would be cheaper if we use 35mm ring sahped filters rather than buying a matte box and then square filters?

Thanks for your opinions
