Audio Dropout Between Clips

When playing back video from the HMC150, which IMO is an awsome cam in this price range, there is always a split second audio hesitation that is very noticable at the clip points. If I'm not mistaken I think there is slight video freeze as well. I tryed the Pre Record function, but there was no difference. Has anyone found a way to work around issue.
