I'm making a short film this month, and it has several effects shots. Is there a program I can get (for free, like Virtual Dub?) that will ADD a 3:2 pulldown to my 23.98 fps footage?
I have to edit in Premiere, so I need my footage to be converted back to 60i, but I want to do my effects in 24p, to make them meld better with the scene. I know that Virtual Dub can remove the 3:2 pulldown that shooting in 24P Standard applies, but how can I put it back for insertion into my 60i Premiere timeline?
Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
Thanks,
-MIKE
