Happy New Year to Al! I am doing a mock footloose shoot next week. Specifically, I will be trying to recreate the scene where Kevin Bacon dances by himself in a near empty warehouse. Similar to the original scene, I will have access to a large empty warehouse with natural lighting coming in from the windows (very low lighting). Any ideas on which setting I should use for a low lighting, fast moving dance scene? Should I shoot 24p or 60? Should i up the shutter speed? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Neil

i think this is more of a filmmaking question rather a question specific to the xdcam ... :/

60P will give you smoother motion. Call a light rental place and get the issue fixed. You can get a nice little kit for cheap normally.
