Obscuring identity.

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to conceal identity in moving video. What I want to do is single one person out and track them while obscuring everyone else in the video. Can this be done simply with a PPro effect or maybe an inexspensive plug-in?

you can use a ppro blur filter or a mosaic filter like they do on cops. and use a mask video layer for adding the effect to, or some other layer which you move that has a hole in it, then just keyfram ethe mask layer to move as needed keeping the hole that is not blurred over the subject.

Thanks. That got me started. After creating a matte for a head and then keyframing to follow, I used mosaic on one clip and kept a clear copy underneath, then track matted on the blurred layer. This tracked and blurred just the head, so all I had to do was check the reverse box in the track matte effect and it blurred everything but the head. Thanks for the direction
