Simple Bottom Scrolling Text

I'm using Premiere 6.5, I just want some rolling text across the bottom of my video. How? Thanks.

create a title using the built in titler- or ae or photoshop or wherever, and then just use the move/scale effect to posistion it on the video layer using transparency to key out the background if you didnt use the titler. then just keyfram it to move across at the speed you want.
