Is it possible to export a frame as a JPEG? The only options I get are BMP, TIFF, Targa, and GIF. If so, what's the procedure?

Is it not possible to save as BMP, then import into Photoshop and save as JPEG? If you have many stills, you could just run an action on them to do that.

Yeah, except I dont have Photoshop, or After Effects. :'(
