problems with transcoding avchd

hey. I have downloaded the MainConcept AVCHD Transcoder 2.1 and am trying to transcode some raw footage that i have downloaded to see how my computer will handle it with cs3 but am encountering some problems. when i transcode the .mts files into DVCPRO HD it isnt outputting them correctly. it is renaming the .mts clip as "LASTCLIP.TXT" I have tried fiddling around with different clips and outsourcing them to different folders but the same thing happens each time. any help would be greatly appreciated.
