It snowed pretty hard over the past week so I seized the opportunity to capture some of the magic. The usual XHA1/Letus Ultimate combo.

Shutter was set to 1/150 for most of these shots. I find this to be a nice setting to capture the falling snow.

Timur,

I use Nikon Lenses:

24mm f2.8
28mm f2.8
35mm f1.4
35mm f2
50mm f1.8
50mm f2
55mm f2.8 Macro
100mm f2.8
200mm f4

I used the 24mm, 100mm and 200mm for this piece.

D,

seriously consider a 200mm f2.8 and if nikon makes one, a 135 F2.0

My Canon FD SSC 200mm F2.8, and 135mm F2.0 are my hero lenses. i think the selective focus you can achieve (that one stop makes a big difference) will astound you.

Looks very nice.

I assume you had a weatherproof jacket over the camera and lense?

Would you believe that not a single shot was actually taken outside? It was all shot from various windows in my house :)
