Matching lenses..

Anyone had issues , experiences or got comments on how a bunch of still lenses (eg Nikon primes) match .

Cine lenses in a set are usually matched (color/contrast/look) so it is easy to cut scene to scene - lens to lens.

I have never used still lenses this way before and wont get a chence to test them until my Letus Elite Adapter turns up mid January.

May run some tests using a still camera beforehand.

I'm guessing (of the Nikkor lenses) those from the same era are going to look pretty similar. I would never use older Nikkor lenses, say for example from the 60's or 70's with Nikkor lenses from the 80's or 90's on the same project unless I wanted a noticeably different looking image.
