Does anyone know if this lens (http://www.hotbuyselectronics.com/item_detail.php?item_id=462&pg=1&trid=1229629613z33336zz0a3d084c17743z)is any good or useful for use with a 35mm adapter? I guess what I like to know if, does this lens have internal focus and zoom plus constant aperture?

It's a little slow on the long end, but other than that, it looks like a good lens.

As a side note, hotbuyselectronics.com is one of about a thousand companies in the NY/Jersey area with terrible reputations for bait-and-switch tactics. Amazon has the same lens in stock, for the same price:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005LE74/

Good luck!

Thanks for the heads up regarding the hotbuyselectronics.com site.
