Premiere Pro with Matrox Rtx.100 vs CS4

I need your advise. I 'm using Premiere Pro 2.0 wih Matrox Rt.x100. That gives me a lot of speed in post prodution. Since I'm not plannign to prodice at least not yet. HD Bue Ray discs. Is it worth it to upgrade to CS4?

I can not afforb to buy the latesc card from matrox at the same time.
