Hello there... I have 720/25p footage at 50 frame rate that I would like to slow down even more... is it possible? what would be the best way to do it? I read somewhere about a technique called "Optical Flow" (no idea) ... can any of you gurus explain what that is and a way to achieve it? thanks in advance....

You'd have to use a plugin in After Effects like Twixtor to get proper slow motion. Twixtor bends and warps frames to create the slow motion and can get great results if done correctly.
Most NLE's can give you slow motion but they will either duplicate frames or split fields to make slow motion that is only half resolution.
