Well, I know which adapter I would like, the problem is selecting the different options for my Letus. There are some that I do not understand. Here's the page with many different ordering selections. I have a DVX100b.

What exactly do you not understand? One is a case. Do you want a carry case?
The others are rails to mount the adapter to the front of your camera. You can't just screw it onto your camera and let it hang off the front end. It needs to be supported.

Here's a secret about ordering a Letus adaptor, buy it from Zacuto. Price is the same....no waiting. (worked for us!)

This is so true. Buy it from Zacuto. I was shooting in 10 days. not 60.

You will need rails for sure. http://www.indifocus.com/ I have these and they work great. Just tell them your set up and they will get you going. And the customer service is EXCELLENT. Very friendly and helpful.

Choose your lens mount and you should be good to go.

That's one thing I do not really understand; the rail system. Thanks for the information.

Alright, I've looked into this indisystem site. I just need help on figuring out which one to buy to go with the combination of a Letus extreme and my DVX100b. Anyone?

One last question, what is a 72mm thread adapter, and will I need one for my DVX100b to attach to the Letus Extreme?

Best thing to do is give Tim at Indifocus a call and tell him what you are doing. He is very helpful and will answer many of your questions about what to get.
