What is this "OT" you speak of?

I've been around online for quite some time. I surf here far more often than I ever should. But recently I've seen two occurrences of "OT". I have never seen that before in my life. I can't imagine that it is occupational therapy.

Can someone help me out here? What does OT stand for?
