Thought I'd start this, and I really want to see this get going. Doesn't look like to many are interested...
Maybe just quiet? Oh well, some things take time to get started.
Hope this fest had a decent amount of entries!
Come on guys!

OUT. I'm totally interested in this, but am going to have to sit the first one out. I'll be on vacation for a week in December and besides the holiday season really eats up a lot of time/money. I'm really hoping that this fest continues though and I'm looking forward to the next one. Best of luck to all the entrants!

I'm super interested in this, but I just can't swing it with all the holiday travel, family visits, etc. Sure, I could throw something in there, but having never entered a fest before, I don't want my first stab to be mediocre by design. Great idea, and I hope there's another chance at this one. Sorry to be that guy - the enthusiastic non-participant.

Definitely going to happen.
Though we may only have a handful of entries.....
but all that matters is that you shoot something - shoudln't matter how many others are doing it.
I'm hoping to put something together from my trip home visiting family for Christmas.
No need to overthink it....

Cool, I just stumbled upon this fest- I'm working on a longer format project right now and the material fits exactly. I'm using this as a test to gauge where I am in with the footage. I don't usually do documentary work as an editor, I've shot on them, but never headed one up. So this is a first time for me. Short format is such a challenge no matter what- glad to see there are a few others working on this-
