My favorite Chevy Chase film is Funny Farm, an underrated little gem.

Up until right around 1989/1990 he was comedy gold.
Sadly, that is when his funniness died a horrible brutal death.

I wouldn't want to be him. Trust me.

My family went to California when years ago and we saw him on a set. My sister wanted an autograph and he refused. He's a douchebag.

and for some reason your response made me choke on my cheetos... Crazy. Where's your lossfest thread Tom?

FWIW Chevy Chase is an institution in my wife's family and Christmas Vacation will be screened at our house when it gets a little closer to the holidays. You're all invited assuming you wont actually come :)

You mean the one that I'm in or the one that I told you about? The one I told you about is just a possibility right now.

And I'm going to show up at your house. Thanks for the invite.

Cool, I've got beer in the fridge! I'll be gone this weekend, just tell the wife who you are and kick back. Mac and cheese is in the pantry.

And the one you were talking about doing but probably wont :) I still think you should of course. I bet you can get that budget down to nothing if you start calling a few favors in.
