re: log and capture

i shot 480/24 on hvx200 and im trying to log and capture on fcp 6, but when i capture and i play in viewer the video and audio is off by a few seconds...

can anyone suggest the proper settings i need to make this work???? help...im sonfused and frustrated

You didn't try and capture it at 24fps, did you?

What were your capture settings?
