Check out the American Society of Cinematographer's website at www.theasc.com they have a nice selection of books and referrence material you can use in preparation of a shoot or right there on the set. They have several books about Digital Cinematography, one called Using Filters., and they even have one that they nicknamed "The Bible" called The ASC Film Manual which looks huge! It is said to have a lot of technical info in there and will probably answer a lot of your questions and give you advice and tips on certain shooting conditions.

The books weren't all that expensive either except the ASC film manual was $99.95 but I am sure it is worth it.

David Mullen wrote a manual for the DVX when it first came out. Not sure if it's dated but you might want that piece.

David Mullen or Steven Mullen? Steven Mullen wrote a guide that we are giving away a few copies of in this months contest.
