1080i/24pa Audio

planning to shoot 1080/24pa, anything i should consider when recording for sound? if i shoot separate sound, or even into camera, or both when i remove pulldown will i run into sync issues? separate sound should framerate be 29.97?

No synch issues. If you're recording timecode with the sound, do it at 23.976. Otherwise, it doesn't matter.
